The house was beautiful. We had a great time. There was something for everyone. Would definitely stay again if I return to the area.

Very nice home, well maintained, easy communication with host

This was the perfect house for our family reunion (10 adults), and exactly as described in the listing — very clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, fantastic game room and a very responsive host. We loved it and hope to return next year.

This property is as pictured. It's absolutely stunning and beyond the looks it is extremely clean. It's big and fit my family of 12 flawlessly. Everything you can think of was provided and in some cases options were available. The host Jeffrey was extremely responsive and accomodating. The cotton candy machine was broken one was shipped to us to enjoy during our stay. He is exceptional and so is the property. Usually i have suggestions to make the property or the stay better but with this home and the host in mind i have none. Everything was perfect!!!Loved our time there.

This home is even more amazing than the listing could ever describe. We had a large group of 12 and it felt very spacious and we were able to relax and enjoy the quiet scenic surroundings. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jeff was very responsive and accommodated our early check in. I highly recommend this stay!! It's simply stunning.

This home and property are gorgeous. The host and staff are so lovely. Communication was excellent. Home and grounds are immaculate. Kitchen is a dream, full of every appliance you could ever need. They even take the time to place lovely little snacks and small touches everywhere throughout the house for you. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and have great bedding and towels. We did not have any children with us. But there is a gorgeous bedroom for them all set up with wonderful toys, books, bunk beds etc. Beautiful office, sitting spaces throughout the home. Pool table, large TVs really everything you could ever need. We thought this property would be nice, but it far exceeded our expectations. Can not recommend this property enough!

Everything about the property was excellent. Our favorite room was the pool room. Family time and memories. Great assortment of games! Plenty of space. Host was easy to reach with any questions or concerns.

This house was perfect for our extended family reunion to celebrate the coming of our First Grandchild! So many bedrooms, great areas for playing games, eating, or just relaxing by the big screen television. It snowed while we were here and the views were amazing! Kitchen had everything i needed to cook all our meals. I even got to use the whirlpool tub in the master! The house is tucked away from the street on a hill. I imagine in the spring it would be great for outdoor games and barbeque. I recommend this property highly. Jeffrey was very helpful with any questions i had! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Jeffrey is an AMAZING host! He was helpful, accommodating, and readily available when needed. The property was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and fully stocked with everything from kitchen ware/appliances, to a large assortment of board games. They even had complimentary tea, coffee, s’mores, & everything to build a fire in the fireplace. It was the perfect winter getaway for our family! Thank you Jeff!!

The Granby house was fantastic. We have a large family, ranging from newborn to 11, and had to get together on short notice. The host, Jefferey, was very accommodating. The house itself was immaculate and had every entertainment option needed for a large family-friendly gathering. We’ve already talked about retuning. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and again it did not disappoint. The house and grounds are beautiful. It is quiet and very peaceful. The house is very well appointed, making it a perfect place to have the family Christmas gathering - cooking our Christmas meal is so fun when everyone can be in the same space together. The game room provided a ton of fun, the theater room provided a great place to relax and watch a movie together and opening Christmas gifts around the roaring fireplace was magical. Jeffrey, the host, makes the check-in and renting experience seemless. Jeffrey responds right away if there are any questions or issues. You could not ask for a better host. We will be going back for our 3rd Christmas in 2023 - you could not ask for a better house or host.

A great house if you have 10-12 friends!

Easy from the beginning. The house was perfect and we really felt we were someplace special! If felt secluded and yet anything you need was close. Very clean and beyond comfortable!

We were blown away with how well stocked the house was. We had everything we needed to make our stay one of the best family get together we have had. From fire wood to kitchen aid mixer. Food prep and recreation was fully furnished. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful visit!

Everything was perfect

We rented the home for a long weekend with our family so that we could attend our son's wedding. It couldn't have been a more perfect place! Very clean and plenty of room to enjoy with everyone. The home and experience were perfect. Jeffrey was a wonderful host and helped with all our questions! We highly recommend this home!

This place was the perfect place for us it was quite very roomy clean it had all the accessories you needed for a house thanks Jeff for allowing us to stay in this beautiful house we will definitely trying to stay there again soon

Our group of 6 retired/semi retired psychologists have been vacationing together for over 30 years. This year we stayed at Jeff’s house in Granby. House is as advertised, spacious, well equipped wit comfortable beds, and open floor plan as well as private locations. Jeff was very easy to work with - accessible and accommodating. Lots of things to do within short driving distance such as river kayaking, hiking in State forest, visit to historical Old New Gate Prison and Copper Mine, local vineyard and more. Central AC was huge during this years blistering heat. Highly recommend especially to large group/ family.

The house was just as expected!! Jeff was right there with anything that was needed. Love love loved it!!!

The house was very nice and they give lots of extra touches that were very helpful. Very clean. Nice yard. Only drawback is it is in a rural area. It is a half hour or more to any activities. There are state parks close with hiking trails. Enjoyed our stay and would like to go back next year.

This home is spectacular. Six bedrooms on almost 5 acres of land removed from the street. We went over July 4th with our family including grandchildren - twin 5 year olds and a not quite 2 year old. Everything we needed was there and the owner was great to deal with. The master suite is comfortable and beautiful. Huge bathroom with walk in closet. The additional 5 bedrooms were great. One has its own bathroom and the kid's bedroom and a queen bedroom have a Jack and Jill bath. The kitchen is easy to work in - large with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The large dining table sat 10 comfortably. The gas grill worked great and propane was provided. There is a charcoal grill as well (charcoal may be left from previous tenants). The front and back porch were delightful for relaxing and the very private property meant no worries with kids running around in the yard. There were lots of kids toys including bikes, balance bikes, badminton and balls. There are also lots of toys for little ones that our not quite 2 year old grandchild enjoyed! There are also baby items - pack n play, high chair, booster seat. The adults enjoyed the pool table, chess/checkers/backgammon set and dart board. The game room has a bar with a wine/beer fridge. It is well equipped for everyone's needs. There are a number of things to do in the area within a half hour drive. The young grandchildren enjoyed the pond and playground 5 minutes away. There is a small fee for the pond and they have little plastic boats and paddles that younger kids can do. There are breweries and wineries nearby. I recommend Brignole Vineyards. Excellent wine and a beautiful covered porch to sit on for hours and enjoy the wine, sunshine and breeze. Grocery stores are well stocked and available within 10 minute drive. There are hikes and walks nearby as well. I highly recommend this property!

Extremely clean, gorgeous house!! Nice getaway even if the weather is bad! You will not mind being stuck in this beautiful place! Game room and spacious living rooms are absolutely incredible! The host Jeff really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Basket filled with every item needed to make s'mores, candy dish filled with candy, cotton candy machine with everything needed to make cotton candy. These were just a few but very welcoming touches! Thank you Jeff, wish we could have stayed longer!

Great space for gathering of friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was absolutely Perfect for our family while visiting Granby. The house was incredibly clean, well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the kids enjoyed the toy room, the kitchen was big enough for us to all gather, it was a great stay, we would definitely rent again!

We had the most wonderful time at Granby House. We had a family reunion to celebrate a few 90th birthdays. The house was everything and more. Jeff the owner was always there when needed. Would love to revisit

We stayed at this property with 10 people, a mix of adults and kids of various ages. The house is beautiful and the yard was great for a big family kickball game, for the kids to explore the wooded area that surrounds the home, and a fire pit in the back yard. There are many areas to walk/hike and the location is great (close to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc). The host was extremely easy to work with and communicated the entire time. The host was also very helpful with answering all of my questions before we arrived. I would recommend this property!
