Quaint, clean 2 bedroom. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen has the basics for a short stay. Off street parking is good for one vehicle, a little tight for 2. The Dunedin area is fantastic and the golf cart was a huge plus! So fun to zip around town. Lots of restaurants and breweries. Short drive to Clearwater or Honeymoon Island beaches. Chairs, coolers and other beach needs were available. VRBO owners were friendly and live next door. The only disruption we encountered was very unhappy (screaming) children a few times. Overall it was a very good experience.

We had a wonderful stay in Dunedin. The house was perfect for us. As mentioned by many reviewers the bed was soooo comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was really great. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The beach equipment was a real bonus! Dunedin is a great little town and the beach on Honeymoon Island is only a 15 minute drive and was so lovely. Thank you Justin and Stefanie

Comfortable and clean cottage. Kitchen supplies such as glasses, coffee mugs and dishes could be updated. We didn't use the golf cart, it is a nice amenity to offer.
