Property owner was excellent. Very quick in responding to questions. Just a few issues but I would stay again. Didn’t realize that you had to bring your own pots and pans. It is disclosed but you have to be looking for it. My issue with the cleanliness of the property has to do with outside. The issue is with the whole area not just this property. Trash is left outside for pickup every day. Because it’s not in a can, it draws rodents. This needs to be addressed by the HOA. Also, getting into the property from the security gate is a problem. It can take anywhere from 20 mins to an hour, to get into the gate. Again this need to be addressed by the HOA. Overall my issues were with the HOA not the actual property. I would recommend.
