The room was comfortable, nice not to have the AC directly above the bed. Felt clean and staff were lovely
Very basic entrance, pool area felt very run down and the breakfast was a bit depressing

The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, they took care of every request quickly and with a smile. The garden and pool are peaceful, the location is quiet but close to Ubud center, and the dinner events they organize are lovely.
Our room was on the ground floor near the common areas, so slightly less private. Just a small detail, it did not affect our stay much.

Excellent, friendly staff. Great service, great food, beautiful surrounds. Room was lovely.
The roosters next door! Possibly any room not near the main office would be fine but we could not sleep. The staff were so lovely and gave us ear plugs but it didn't help. I slept with headphones on, eventually. I feel sorry for them because being a rural kind of area, roosters are very common and there really was nothing they could do.
The location is a taxi ride or 20 min walk from the main area.
If the roosters were gone I'd stay again. It's a beautiful place.
