Bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and eggs were done to perfection.
We found Rosie to be extremely helpful and professional in multi-tasking in different roles.
The seating area outside with the windbreak was novel and much appreciated whilst waiting for our room to be made ready.
View from room was of scaffold and unpleasant area that had bins and old plumbing.
Toilet was not properly cleaned, brown scale was visible under the rim and flush button kept sticking.
Room was not ready for check in time. We had a 45 minute wait.
A couple of the walls leading to the Room showed signs of damp issues.
The table we were initially seated at for breakfast was cramped and when seated it meant blocking a doorway so we were moved to another table.

Great location, bar and restaurant on site, pleasant décor. Nice choice of hot drinks in the rooms. Air con is very effective!
Fruit flies!! In the bar, in the restaurant - very off putting. The shower screen in the room was quite obviously dirty at the bottom, bedside light was held together with tape and could have done with a good dust. Dust around the fixtures (higher up) in the bathroom too. All things we didn't have to go hunting for, but were in plain sight. Opening the wardrobe door knocked the vents in the air con out of place.
