About this house rental
In the east of Mallorca, just a few steps from the sea, the rustic holiday home Sa Caseta de la Mar is located in Son Servera. The modern accommodation consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (800 mbp/s) which makes the property ideal for remote working, air conditioning and a TV. From the inside of the house, glass doors with charming shutters lead directly to the sun terraces and the garden. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the table with chairs or prepare meals for the whole family on the barbecue. The awnings, parasols and 24 m² pool allow you to spend pleasant hours outdoors, even on hot summer days. A small selection of restaurants is 850 m or a 2-minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is 2.5 km or a 5-minutes drive from the accommodation. The sand and gravel beach Platja of Port Vella is only 270 m away - bathe in crystal clear water and sunbathe in the warm sun rays. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten!

Pros: Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage . Top !
Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund gereist.
Wir wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich begrüßt , wertend unseres Aufenthalts wurde nach Pool und Pflanzen geschaut. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Pros: Die Finca ist traumhaft schön,der Pool und das Grundstück einfach toll. Alles war sehr sauber und es wurde an viele kleine Details gedacht.Handtücher, sogar extra Pool/Strandücher ,Toilettenpapier und Salz ,Öl usw. wurden bereit gestellt ,die Küche war auch komplett ausgestattet.
Barbara ,die Besitzerin war sehr sympathisch und lieb ,Sie hat zwischendurch auch extra den Pool gereinigt.
Die Lage ist sehr schön ,es ist ruhig und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand, der Ort Costa de los Pinos ist sehr ruhig und gehoben, abseits des Massentourismus. Cala Bona erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten und Cala Millor erreicht man gut mit dem Bus oder Taxi. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Lage. Ich war mit meiner Schwester und ihrer Tochter, also meiner Nichte dort zum Urlaub und jedem hat es dort gefallen ,wir haben uns in die Finca verliebt.Wir kommen gerne wieder !
