Amazing location, just 1min walk to the beach. Great view from rooftop. Calm and relaxing beach with clear water and white sand! Breakfast included was simple but tasty and the staff serving it was very friendly. It isn’t the traditional self-service buffet so, if you are vegan, you only have one option (tostada with tomato, olive oil and avocado), for everyone else: coffee/OJ + one tostada of your choice.
Unfortunately a few things made our stay not the best:
1) AC not cooling the room properly. We needed to leave it on 24/7 to keep the room chilled (20°C). Mold was growing outside the AC vent which got me a bit worried about cleaning. However, we stayed only three nights.
2)reception informed us on arrival that our car was ok where we parked (on street, meters from the hotel). We didn’t realised the blue line due to the torrential rain. We got two fines for parking overnight (5pm + 11am). When asked reception they just said sorry. Hotel staff tried very little to help us overall!
4) We had a small problem with our door (lock battery died) so our card would not work. A bit tiring after all the other issues, having to wait nearly 30 minutes for it to be fixed, in the warm hotel hall, wasn’t nice.

Above the shower must have had a leak as peeled paint was evident. However the shower was clean & worked fine.

The staff was very nice.
We stayed with no water for an entire evening/night and the staff told us there was nothing they could do about it and we just had to wait for the plumber the following day. Once the water came back it was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
