No break fast. The location was good

Valet parking was very disorganized, took one and a half hours to retrieve my car to travel to meeting and I missed the meeting There was no room service on my check out day The key cards were deactivated before the check out time, Could not even get to my floor

The valet parking was terrible It took them one and a half hours to get my car for driving and I missed my meeting They were rude when asked why it took so long, The key cards were switched off 15 minutes before check out Never will go to this hotel

Double charge, amounted to almost $800 and no explanation really.

I got doubled charged. Once by booking and then the hotel. The charges were 2 different prices, and wasn’t given a reasonable explanation.

Well worth it!!!!

The location was excellent as well as the view and the staff! Very clean!

I liked everything...what could have been improved on is more information on what the hotel has to offer...maybe a brochure that is kept in the room with all the highlights...we had no idea about the top of the building access...no breakfast was offered accept for Dolci, which you have to pay for...that could be emphasized that we do not offer "continental" or any type of free breakfast.

Amazing stay.

The staff was amazing upon check in . Ebony at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable not just with the hotel but with the restaurants in the area and things for my fiancé and I to do. Very pleasant demeanor.

Un poco decepcionante y peligroso

Las vistas desde la habitación era sin duda lo mejor. El personal de el hotel era muy amable especialmente con mis perros. Me gusta los hoteles que son amigables con las mascotas.

No me gustó que el baño y el lavabo estuviesen separados. La habitación no estaba muy limpia teniendo en cuenta que es un W hotel. Desde que llegamos notamos la suciedad de la moqueta y runcones de la habitacion, la piscina era ahradable ya que el agua esta camiente, pero la mayoria de los dias el agua estaba sucia, vasos de planstico en el agua flotando y más cosas que no quiero mencionar. Pero sin duda lo peor de mi estancia fue sir a la calle, realmente no es agradable encontrarme en la puerta de el hotel tantas personas sin techo y totalmente gente con evidentes problemas de salud mentas, además de ser realmente peligroso. No me sentía seguro cada vez que salía a pasear a mi perro. Pero esto no es culpa de él hotel. En general philadelphia me a parecido peligroso. No tengo pensado volver hasta que la seguridad en las calles cambie.

Great place. Definitly would go back.

From check-in to check out, it was a great stay. The facility was clean, the room was wonderful and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. My only regret is that I was only there for one night! I'd love to go back in the future.

The additional cost for valet seemed inappropriate when you're paying $500.00+ for a room per night. The bathroom wall was see through and didn't lock. I can see some people enjoying that but it wasn't my cup of tea.

Nice hotel, don’t expect cleanliness.

The hotel is beautiful and very modern. Breakfast was amazing.

They clean the rooms every 3 days, unless you request it. We requested it several times and we arrived at night and our rooms weren’t cleaned. We are very disappointed because we expected more service and cleanliness since it is a Marriott, we just got back from a trip in Europe and we stayed in Marriotts, and they cleaned our rooms everyday. Seems like they have the cleaning every 3 days policy, but they don’t have that announced and still charge high fees. The roomservice food was also very mediocre, we expected more from a Marriott.

Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage, eher für junge Leute oder Paare

Zimmer- und Hotelausstattung waren toll, alles schick und modern. Lage sehr zentral. Angeschlossenes italienisches Restaurant mit Bar war sehr schön und familienfreundlich, Personal sehr freundlich.

Hotel-Lobby/Bar und Hotelpool waren eher für junge Leute, die Cocktails schlürfen. Für Familien eher weniger einladend. Negativ war definitiv das gebührenpflichtige WLAN und zweimaliger Feueralarm mit nicht optimaler Kommunikation.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Traffic was often congested out side due to valet parking and double parking.

Overall, it was a nice experience.

The in room dining and the gym and the space of the room was good.

Since we came in with family, there were some items that were there in the room that we didn't appreciate, such as - there was I think a condom in one of the drawers and also one of the pillows said "LUST". Unfortunately these things won't look good when you are with your family.

Gute gelegenes Hotel mit guter Aussattung aber etwas teuer.

Zentrale Lage. Zimmer im 38 Stockwerk mit guter Aussicht. Zu den historischen Attraktionen ca 20 Min zu Fuß.

Bett direkt vor dem Fenster (Kopf am Fenster) nicht sehr günstig platziert. Finstere Ausstattung im Zimmer (schwarz / grau). Preis mit $700 für das Premium Zimmer "Wonderfull with Kongsitze-Bed" völlig überzogen. Personal etwas überfordert aber nett. Valet Parking mit $60 im mittleren Bereich, aber nicht gut organisiert - lange Wartezeit beim pickup. Viele homeless People um das Hotel.

Overall, I loved the hotel. The vibe is nice and the staff is friendly.

The room was very trendy and clean. Bed was comfy. The bar was very nice and upscale. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The attached restaurant had a very limited menu. The wait for my breakfast to come out of the kitchen was excessively long.

Vue magnifique depuis le 40ème étage. Magnifique piscine en Rooftop

Conditions pas respectées initialement: Internet payant si vous ne vous inscrivez pas comme membre de la chaîne d’hôtel. Petit déjeuner compris, mais à 10$ par personne maximum. Après un peu d’insistance, le manager a tout de même respecté les conditions. Merci

Great views, but the meth heads in the immediate area made us stay in at night.

It’s a nice hotel with great views. If it had not been for the Canadian smoke the 36th floor would have been amazing.

The immediate neighborhood was pretty sus. There’s no place I would have ‘comfortably’ walked to. The surrounding food options were very limited.
