We came to Philadelphia as a family to help our son move into university. When I asked if we could have some of his belongings delivered to the hotel, the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. Even though the packages arrived a week before our stay, they kindly kept everything safe in their storage room, which was incredibly helpful.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—we could walk almost everywhere. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hotel’s hospitality. Thank you very much!!

Location was great, very near everything.
The set-up of the room, the toilet's door never completely shut and having the sink in the other room was silly, the floor of the not private shower area was always wet because the towel hooks were behind the shower door when it opened which automatically got the entire floor wet when you got out of the shower. Also, i paid the dog fee and requested several times for a dog bowl, (i also had to request a dog bed, one wasn't provided when i arrived) and only ever received a paper one. I was told a real one was being brought up but it never was.
