Spacious and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Electronic locks. No key needed. Great location in residential area close to small shops and beautiful park. Nice kitchen with dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Washer and dryer in closet very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Wilder, Dear Daphni, Dandelion and Cleavers for cheesesteaks are all easily walkable. Lots of other options as well. Close to public transportation.
Small issues but things to be aware of—older building with no elevator and steep stairs would be difficult for guests with mobility issues. Toiletries were small tubes of shampoo and small face and body soaps. If you prefer conditioner, body wash lotion or other toiletries you should bring them.

The location was the primary thing I liked about the apartment. It is a couple of blocks from Rittenhouse Square which makes it very central in Philadelphia
Parking: It is nigh on impossible to park on the street. Invariably you will have to pay to park somewhere nearby so if you can avoid arriving by car - and the city is quite walkable - then you should do so. Furniture: The furniture and overall appointment of the apartment left something to be desired. While I had everything I required, some of the furniture seemed like an afterthought.- like the desk in the bedroom which seemed to be something leftover from someone's garage. The kitchen and washer/dryer were top notch though. Noise: Finally the street can be quite noisy so make sure you have your 'white noise' mode on your phone queued up!
