About this house rental
Situated in Moonta Bay, this charming house for $116 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Light, airy and relaxing home. Bed 1 has a QB Bed 2 has a single bunk bed, with a fold out bed available upon request Bed 3 has a DB There is a double sofa bed in family area A porta-cot is available 55" LCD TV in lounge with Nintendo Wii and board games for the kids. TV in master bedroom also. Kitchen has all you need, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine and milk frother (pods not supplied, sorry). Rear deck and verandah with BBQ and 8 seater outdoor setting. Good size. fully enclosed yard with lawn and basketball ring for the kids. Note - the trampoline shown in the pictures is not available due to storm damage. Fire pit Split system reverse cycle air conditioning in main living area, ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 3. WiFi Plenty of car parking space and room for boats or trailers under the rear carport. Only 500m from the beach! 1.4km walk to water park and jetty. Very quiet area with vacant land to the rear. TOWELS AND BED LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED. Pillows, tea towels, hand towels and quilts are supplied. PLEASE NOTE - there is a single security camera located at the front of the house which views the outside parking area and entrance. A photo of the camera view is in the house photos. There are no cameras inside the house or at the rear. Please ask if you have any concerns. When requesting to book, please include a short paragraph about you/guests and reason for stay. No parties please.

Loved our stay! Great accommodation with everything we needed provided.
Kids loved the wifi, Chromecast, Wii, basketball and marshmallows round the fire! They also commented about how well the place was decorated 👍👌.
The only feedback would be the queen mattress is really firm. We kicked one of the kids off the double to save our backs after a couple days.

Myself and 2 friends stayed for the weekend...The home was spotless, roomy, uncluttered and had everything we could ever need. It was tranquil, peaceful, quiet, relaxing, just perfect. The back deck was a huge bonus, we spent alot of time outside, reading, chatting over coffee, we had lunch on the deck...A weekend definately wasn't long enough for us, we could have stayed a week very easily . The home is a credit to the owners, who are not intrusive at all, we were left in total peace. Great vibes, felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we walked thru the front door.

The property is perfect for a small family. It is well presented and neat, however we found a few ants but thats probably common during this time of the year. The host is easy to communicate with and gives you tips on where to go and see.

It is a clean, tidy, large family home to stay. Communication with the property owner were very informative and knowledgeable for the area. Fantastic location. WiFi was great, and you can even cast to the tv. Fantastic, very happy with our stay and have no hesitation to stay there again.

Home Away from Home Vibe!
My husband and 2 boys really enjoyed this property. It had a homey/vacation vibe and was well catered for entertaining the family with Wii, basketball court and trampoline (which may need to be updated in the near future). We enjoyed the choices available for dining inside and outside with the bbq and table. We were appreciative of the use of backup condiments and milk if needed and loved having the coffee machine at our disposal. The close location to the beach was fantastic, and the boys loved "Splash Town". Would highly recommend!

Excellent, clean, fantastic services
This property is excellent. Teens were very happily occupied with the wii, trampoline and basketball net. Wifi and airconditioning made for a very comfy stay. The hosts were always available when needed.

A lovely house with a great host
We really enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed for 4 adults and 2 young children. The enclosed backyard is great for young kids, and the games provided kept us all entertained at night times. The house was clean and organised and we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Excellent communication from the owner. Thanks for a great holiday Jonathon and Vicki!
