everything was perfect , the setting ,the cleanleness , the staff, the food, the peaceful atmosphere, great bar overlooking bay, plenty sun beds and pools

Facilities such as the pool and wellness area are nice, however closing the pool at 5pm and sauna at 8.30pm is a bit of an exaggeration.
The rooms smell of terrible humidity, they are infested with ants (that were even to be found inside our wallets and bags IN the safe box)… the humidity was really bad, all our clothes smelled terrible, I had to dispose of a few pairs of shoes because they could not be cleaned, there is damp on the walls. The level of cleanliness is poor overall.
There was lots of hair on the floor and on the towels when we entered the room for the first time.
Another thing is that you need to PAY FOR THE SAFE BOX (!!) I’ve never encountered these practices anywhere before.
The food is ok, but nothing special.
