In generał it is an amazing location exactly on the beach, if you have a room with sea view - it's just an amazing view. There's great food, great staff, so in principle highly recommend. If I were to book it another time though, I would choose a room on a different side of the hotel (so without a view, but should be a bit quieter).
The hotel itself is very quiet, but be aware that the neighboring hotel has live music every evening, and it's exactly opposite Na Forana, so you hear that music until 11 pm. Also occasionally there are parties on the beach in early morning/night. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend booking a room without sea view (on the opposite side) - it should be quieter.

Location and friendly staff
The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. Many facilities did not work properly, and the cleanliness was below expectations. Breakfast was disappointing, made with the cheapest ingredients and not tasty. Overall, not worth the price.
