I liked the vibes very relaxing and modern throughout.
The choice of bars and restaurants it really was a good all inclusive resort with lots of choices , the miniclub was exceptional as well as the evening entertainment both for kids and adults.
The room was basic but cleaned daily so huge plus
The staff works really hard and they do a good job.
People waking up at dawn to lay their towels on the sunbed to reserve despite several signs saying it was prohibited to do so. Results was little to zero sunbed available around 08/10 am.
And people smoking nearby the playground, kid pool or during kid mini disco…. Huge turn off. Should be Smoker free resort

The pools were lovely & large. Even in the height of summer, when the resort was crowded, the pools never seemed overly so. The staff were really terrific, for the most part. Very friendly & helpful. Our room was very nice.
My sister’s room had some mildew & seemed a bit run down. One of my kids’ room (we had 4 total rooms) smelled awful. They (teens) didn’t mind, but I wasn’t able to be in there at all. The staff kept having maintenance and cleaning people check it out, and they said it was sewage (toilets on islands are notorious), but the smell was not as bad in the bathroom.
The food was alright, but not spectacular. About what you’d expect. Breakfast ends at 10:30, which seems early to me. Some of the staff in the Terra restaurant were less friendly, and seating in that one was more problematic. The food was better there, though.
I really wished they had an either grapefruit juice or ginger beer at the bars.

Was very big! Gorgeous views.
The food wasn’t the greatest. Felt like there wasn’t different choices each day, just the same food all the time. Also didn’t enjoy having to use cash for certain things such as (the cups) for outside.
