The hotel is exceptionally large and has very spacious rooms. The staff was great and so was our stay. I’ll definitely be staying there again in the future!
It was a bit pricey but other than that I loved it. I enjoyed my stay. I have no other complaints! I’ll be back.

Staff was outstanding! Friendly and helpful in every way. Helped with a great dinning location and best travel to and from Convention center. Little far from McCormick Center. May have just been Chicago traffic.
Price!n My colleage stayed on the same hall as I with identical rooms. My room cost
$3,400 and theirs was less than $1000. I booked the Hyatt Regency on the other side of town and had to change to this hyatt. The hyatt Regency still charged for one night to cancel. Just over priced! I will definetly shop around no matter where my co-workers are staying in the future.

Annmarie at the front desk went above and beyond for information on the public transportation. She was extremely helpful and kind!
Nothing.

Nice facility.
Not enough parking, parking cost too much. Parking should be limited to customers only.
