The property was clean and quiet and in a convenient location.
The only thing I would ask to change is just to add a nonslip shower mat to the bathtub.

The locations was great. It was easy to get to downtown San Diego and any suburb in the area. There were plenty of places to eat and have a drink. The location is walking distance to Old San Diego, which I recommend visiting.

I liked that the room was clean and simple.
Parking is a total nightmare. There are only 4 spots that can be reserved for $50 dollars. These 4 spots are shared with about 30 units. However, the street parking is a total mess. you have 2 hour parking Monday to Saturday 8 am to 6 pm and other areas that are no parking at all due to school zoning. You also have to compete for parking with the local business around you and residents. about 500 feet away is a very large bar and I was concerned about drunk drivers side swiping my car parked on the street. I also stressed about the overall street parking due to so many restrictions. I did not want to go out and find my car ticketed, booted or towed.
The only other big issue is the room layout. They have an oversized platform bed that the mattress does not fill out blocking the only entrance to the closet/bathroom area. If they used a proper sized bed frame it would be less in the way. However, due to the layout it would be better to just swap the couch and bed so you dont have to crawl over or squeeze through the walkpath to go to the bathroom.
