The room was comfortable, clean, and affordable for 2 people. The location was excellent for easy access to catch a train/bus stop for public transportation. The bus stop also has an airport shuttle available, but you must walk 10 minutes to catch it with your luggage. Easy walking distance to the Old Town local restaurants, gift shops and it's attractions. Easy access to catch the "Hop-On/Hop-off" trolley for a day tour. Only a ten minute drive to the downtown San Diego and Balboa Park areas.
Had some issues with the door key on the last day, due to a loose door latch. Parking in the hotel garage was additional cost, but street parking was also available. The options for breakfast were very limited. Yogurt or fruit would be nice for some variety.

Location was safe and easy walk to old town and close to airport and trolly line. Safe neighborhood parking available. Garage parking option ok. Room and hotel …good budget hotel.
Continental bfast was too carby. No protein options. Coffee was pretty weak. Extra charge for garage parking.

Check-in lady was very nice and fast. Room was clean. They have some nice updates but much more is needed. Breakfast is bare minimum so don't count on that. Overall, the the price the place was a good value (for San Diego).
The interior and exterior doors are pathetic. The breakfast was basically a waffle, coffee or cereal.
