In town for the summer? The balcony is a great place for al-fresco meals with wine from Continental Divide Winery just down the street. Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles). Things to Know Please note that there is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The only reason I can't give 5 stars was our night was interrupted by a low battery 'beep' of the CO2 alarm. Maintenance was great and took care of it right away, but this is something that should not have to interrupt a stay. Put replacing the 9 volt batteries of alarms on a schedule so that the guest does not get woken up...Other than that, it is a beautiful property.

We really enjoyed the area and what it had to offer. The furniture was not as uncomfortable as everyone said. Only thing of concern was the back door didn’t lock so we had to put a chair in front of it. Also the sink drain stopper didn’t work in the master bedroom. We didn’t call the front desk because I messaged the staff twice through the app prior to our trip and got no response. If you are low maintenance and don’t care about these things it’s perfect! We very much enjoyed it.

Condo was great. Close to downtown made it easy to walk everywhere. Condo was roomy with all the comforts we needed for a nice long weekend retreat. Parking was smooth but tight for f250 but not a issue. Room keys kinda have their own mindset when trying to use the elevator., we where warned by the front desk about the keys. Place is great and we would stay there again. .

Great location. Kids loved the pool. Very warm but to be expected in July. Fold out couch is missing springs, lays slanted and is incredibly uncomfortable

Beautiful Family Active Breckenridge
The condo was in a great location and easy to walk to many restaurants and stores and the Troll. Just a short drive to the Gondola Station to do up to Peak 8 where many activities awaited the family. Beautiful scenery all around.

Absolutely Breathe taking! The view was gorgeous, the place was very neat & clean, fell in love with the master bathroom! Super close to Main Street. Walking distance to most places, especially the skiing lodge. Only complaint was the parking garage not very clean, dust everywhere.

The place was nice - the kitchen needs some attention as it needs utensils , spatula , counter cleaning spray ( windex) etc. - making breakfast without certain utensils was a bit challenging.

Great Place
Location was great! A lot of extra details to the condo including beautiful wood trim and doors. Patio was very private. Very upscale. The couch was not very comfortable, but the beds were super comfortable. Extremely nice place. Washer and dryer in the unit was great as we were there 2 weeks. Highly recommend.
