The hotel is new which is rare in the U.S. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and everything is clean. Very close to Beverly Hills. This will be my choice again for next travel. The price is reasonable and fair.
I could hear people talking and music from a dance event taking place in the plaza. After a full day of traveling, I wanted to go to bed early. Parking could be free for hotel guests—the price is high and there’s nowhere to park on the street.

Loved our view of the UCLA football practice field and the dorms. The on-campus location is fantastic. Also love the lobby/lounge/outdoor patio restaurant layout. Very open and bright.
Was surprised the restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 7:30. We had to leave by then. And $43 for parking isn't THAT steep, but I wish it could be less.
