Everyone was welcoming, accomodating and helpful
There is perhaps room for improvement in the F&B department, however the service received from staff was good.
Room was clean and spacious.
Nice Gym. Upon request they will send up a coffee maker to your room.. Laundry service was good Thank you
Restaurant menu is very limited, breakfast is just ok.
Feel corridors need more light and soundproofing needs to improve.

Good size rooms.
Clean, house keeping visit everyday, clean towels, etc.
Good restaurant and bar, also pool was clean with clean towels available.
Great location for Beverly Hills and shopping.
Friendly and Informative staff available.
A $35 card gives Internet and a $10 uber credit per day (March 26)
Fresh coffee and cold drinks on reception.
Room kitted out with fresh bottled water daily and a full mini bar.
Beware $149 x 2 (march 26) was pending on my bank card this is for any damage and use of the full range of mini bar, this was only pending and not used.
There is no tea/coffee in the rooms but if you ask they will provide one.
The windows could do with a clean as the view is lovely.

Location
The dining option is limited and way overpriced. They have a nonsmoking rule posted in the rooms but during my stay, I encountered some problems when someone continuously smoked pot and it would bleed in my room through the vents keeping my family and me up from 3 am to the morning!
