Was there for a weekend getaway with teen son. Located in an office area, somewhat desolate through weekend. Parking was $65usd day! When ordering service, one time took 90 minutes.

Everything was going well, but I was disappointed on Saturday 03/23/2024 because that was my Daughter’s 21st birthday and we had a Dinner celebration in the Writer’s Dan (the private dinner room in the restaurant)! It took my gust an hour or more to get in the hotel because of the protester! Unfortunately my gust was completely dissatisfied and it made me and my daughter look bad for inviting them to an event that was so much of a hassle! If I would have known that there was going to be a big event I would have chosen another hotel/ restaurant for my Daughters Birthday!

The service gets an A+++ from the valet, bell staff to front desk. The very best, most attentive staff. Top! They should serve as an example to their snooty counterparts in Quebec.

Colleen went above and beyond during our stay there. She found us the perfect room. Breakfast was delicious and we had a great view of the city. Will be going back.

The hotel has good amenities and is in a very safe and upscale area near many restaurants and a mall. My room was a little small and the lighting in the room could have been brighter. But it was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Our expectations were high and this hotel exceeded them. Great staff, especially in the Gold lounge. Everything is brand new, hotel recently reopened after a high update. Highly recommend for business or personal trip. 3 minute walk to Westfield Century City mall, with many dining options.

4/5 cleanliness because there was stain on the cushion on the sofa and on the toilet lid; there was also dust on the carpet. 4/5 for service because the person who did the check out didn’t appear nice. She did her job alright but a smile would be nice. All other staffs were nice.

Staff was so accommodating, from valet, to bell hop, to front desk, every aspect of my trip was delightful. I am big on cleanliness of the room, sheets and towels and bathrooms. Everything was spotless and very happy to sleep in comfort. The whole staff was great.

Requested an ADA room when we made the reservation. First room offered was not ADA. Needed to spend time finding the second option which conflicted with the timing of my dining reservations. Limo service had some difficulty entering the hotel property with all the construction in front of the Century Plaza.

The property is beautiful. They have guards at the front for security! So there is zero issue with the homeless camped outside. It is a quick walk to the mall. Great restaurants. The only thing we didnt like was the restaurant in the hotel. It was nice but prices were outrageous

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Too far to walk to rodeo drive but just a short drive. 2 minute walk to Westfield shopping mall which has great shops and good restaurants. Eataly is amazing and has yummy food.

Another review of the Fairmont (been staying with them for a few times already). Valet continue to shine and it's part of the reason we continue with Fairmont. Check-in (late 10ish at night) was bad, if not unprocessional. She never confirmed the # of nights we'll be staying, never confirmed about the amount of 'hold' on our credit card, never address my name (only confirmed via my ID), standard response...worst was that she completed the check in process, gave back my credit card and ID, I was still in process of putting my cards back into my wallet when she started helping the next customer!!! Whow...never ever would have experience such 'under-appreciated' service. Very poor experience. House keeping also was a hit / miss. One day during our stay we left our 'in-room dining cart' outside out room and left the hotel around 9am. Returned to the hotel shortly after 3pm that day but still saw our in-room dining cart in the same spot and our room was not even done!!!! That was absolutely no excuse for such poor service. Checking out was 'so so' too...but she was a 'trainee' so there's room for improvement - could see she was a bit nervous ...so that's ok..I understand. In-room dining (food wise) was good, right on time too. wish they would offer more choices though. Dental kit (tooth brush / paste) - the smallest toothpaste pack we've seem. Probably only last 2 (maybe 3 max) uses - somewhat inconvenient if u were staying for 3+ nights.

It was nice, the staff was friendly, but there should be ice machines. And WiFi should be free, this seemed a bit tacky for such a hotel to not have free WiFi. Room Was nice and with the exception of noise made by striking workers in the morning two days, the room was quiet..

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, you feel special as soon as you walk in. From the valets to the front desk, to the bar, all were first rate. Excellent customer service noticed and appreciated. This is from now on “my” hotel when visiting LA/Beverly Hills

This is an amazing property that did not overlook any detail. Lumiere is an exquisite dining experience. The waiter gave details on the food and drinks and wow - the care they put into making our dining experience perfect and unforgettable. The manager, Luis, was very personable and had so much enthusiasm....he had made a special drink for both the Barbie and Oppenheimer movies, being open weekend - it was all so much fun. The hotel room is so comfortable and room service was a ten! The finishes, the bedding, the room service is all top notch. Even the security staff took so much time helping us with walking directions to and from the shopping center, which is so close. What a perfect Mom / Daughter weekend!
