Location, price and the staff and rooms super clean.
They still need a little cleaning up outside. I know that they working and fixing outside and some rooms but we was 13 people and it was no complain from any of them.

The staff. The owner, the people that work there specially Ruth a very sweep lady. Bed so comfortable.

Bed was clean and comfortable; pillows were varied and good. Very convenient to the highway,
Facilities were shabby (a room door with painted partially scraped off); exterior of the mini fridge needed a thorough wipe-down; there was a hair in the bath tub from a previous occupant
