Hotel was right in front of the venue we were there to visit. While the hotel is in need of updates, its clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. I will use this hotel again next year when we return for Northeast Ohio Vet Fest 2027.
The hotel is dated and definitely in need of some updates, but it is NOT rundown!

It was super convenient to everywhere we needed to be during our trip. The front desk staff who checked us in was the one there most of the time and he was super friendly and helpful.
You could tell the property was older and could use deeper cleaning, though staff did clean the carpets in the hallways during our stay. The white blanket on one of the beds had a purple ink stain and the room wasn’t super thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival (small items up against the baseboards that didn’t get vacuumed up successfully) but for the age of the building and the price we paid it was acceptable.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. Shower was great. We were there for work and got back super late. It was nice the breakfast area was open 24hrs so we could grab some silverware to eat and grab breakfast super early. Also, we stay at tons of hotels and usually lighting sucks but this place had the best lighting.
The rooms are kinda small but still plenty big enough. This place is the basic motel so you're not getting anything fancy but it's nice and we would stay again.
