I loved my stay here. It is a small, intimate hotel right in the middle of all the action, however the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful and the windows are sound proof as even though it is located on a busy street, I didn’t hear a sound at night. The half board food was delicious and varied, and the staff were very helpful, calm and kind. A big shout out to Michel who helped me when I lost my phone outside of the hotel. I was very upset but Michel assisted me with downloading an app to locate my phone, and thankfully someone had found it and handed it in at a local bar so I got it back safely. Michel was so helpful with any other requests and questions I had sharing my stay - as were all of the other staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay from my dad and I!

Great location, breakfast and dinner was amazing the staff is super friendly.
It’s maybe me personally but we had problems sleeping good on the mattress. During breakfast and dinner music would b great even just in the background.

Unfortunately I can’t write about Riu San Francisco. We didn’t stay in this hotel. At our arrival there we were told that our reservation was cancelled without explication why !!!! although we have stayed with you in Riu San Francisco several times before . They forced us !!! to go in another hotel which we would never booked - hotel Riu Bravo with the excuse we would have got All inclusive there as an Upgrade.
But we don’t want and need All inclusive and we have booked an adult adults only hotel - wich Riu Bravo isn’t.
Be sure that we will never book Riu hotels again .
