The canal is an easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. There are many waterfront restaurants a short boat ride away. Boats, kayaks and jet skis can be rented nearby, if you do not own your own. You may fish and crab right off your private dock! Located just 3 blocks from the beach for endless fun in the sand and the Atlantic Ocean.

We had a great time at the Rhythm of the Sea. The house was clean and well stocked. We love this home because it is very cozy and just a few steps away from a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rhythm of the Seas. Perfect location to the beach, great dock for loading in kayaks, etc. 3 bedrooms have king beds and 1 bedroom as 2 queens. LeeAnn is great at answering any questions and a marvelous hostess. Can't wait until we can visit again.

After an amazing week, we felt compelled to share how great our experience was at this property! We’ve rented numerous homes on the island and this one topped the list! The booking was seamless and easy. The home is located centrally on the island and on a quiet canal street. It was perfectly stocked and very well organized. The house was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some! There were multiple outdoor areas to enjoy with great seating options. I could go on with all the things that impressed us. Leeann was immediately responsive when we had a question, however, we only had one because the information sent to us prior to our stay and check in covered it all! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Leeann & family for the hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at your home!

We so enjoyed our stay! This cute house was so well laid out. We had plenty of room to spread out and were even able to seat up to 16 people together for dinner - we and all our other family members (in other rentals on the island) could all comfortably eat dinner together. Highly recommend!

Our family has stayed here several times and we are always pleased. The home is always clean and beautifully furnished. We really enjoy the outdoor area with a fenced yard for our dog. The host is absolutely the best! She is very responsive and always helpful. We will be back again next year.

The house was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room to be all together comfortably and enough other spaces to spread out. The open deck and dock were nice to enjoy the sun and the screened in deck was great to relax (out of the sun) and even play dominoes. The kitchen is well stocked. The beach was only about a 5-minute walk away. Light switches were all labeled (so helpful). LeeAnn was VERY helpful & quick to respond when we had questions. THANK YOU for being part of the many great memories our family created on our 2023 OIB vacation

The house was very clean when we arrived, we’ve stayed in a lot of pet friendly houses and this is the first one that was truly clean and didn’t show signs of prior pets. The beds were comfortable and the house is well decorated and comfy. The outdoor spaces are so nice that we spent most of our time outside. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our kids. The kitchen is well stocked! Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!!

We are 2 seniors who stayed for 3 months. Location is good. Owner responsive. House is very worn , and messy. Had to clean upon arrival. Cupboards were full of stale food, refrigerator full of old food. Drawers overstocked with too many utensils. Beach chairs old and rusty, 2 broke . Laundry room was full of dust balls and debris. 2 TV’s didn’t work, owner did not follow thru on repair. Gas grill all burned out and rusty. Vacuum was full of pet hair. Beds were not comfortable. Tons of throw pillows that obviously never got cleaned. We hid them under the beds. Owner charged $200 after departure for a “rug” left outside and window left open, claimed house was dirty. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. If you aren’t concerned about cleanliness you will enjoy your stay.

Close to the beach- 3 block walk. House was perfectly appointed and comfortable! I made a lovely dinner for friends, and the kitchen had everything I needed! It was great!

From the moment we pulled up to the house we were impressed. Who doesn’t love being right on the water. Very clean, everything was market so you didn’t feel lost looking for things. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This is the second time we have used this property for the family vacation. It is a perfect size home for our family. The fenced-in yard is perfect for our dogs. Everything needed for a perfect stay at the beach is available…just bring your clothes, food and yourselves! The owners of this property are extremely accommodating! We have already booked for next year!

Our vacation to OIB last week was my first time using Vrbo. It was so easy and such a great experience. The owner of the home, LeeAnn, was wonderful to work with. She was very quick to respond to any message I sent her. The house was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and organized. It was in a great location on the island. We can’t wait to go back again!

Wonderful home for our family vacation. Everything about this property was PERFECT. The house was clean and spacious with lots of outdoor space to enjoy(screened upstairs and covered sitting area downstairs). Loved being on the canal for boating and the beach was a short walk away.
