About this house rental

The open and bright floorplan of this home offers beautiful ocean views with end to end windows that extend from the dining area, through the well appointed living room. Take a refreshing dip in your private pool before enjoying a family meal in the poolside dining area. This large spacious home is the perfect location to relax and make lifelong memories.

Primary bedroom right side King bed, ceiling fan, TV, bathroom with tub, front porch access.

Second Floor:
Kitchen well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, with washer and dryer access
Dining area with a large family table and bar sitting
Living room has large flat screen TV and abundant seating Ocean view
Bedroom left side 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, TV private bathroom with tub
There is a ring door bell on exterior premises of this property.
There is a $400.00 deposit required for use of elevator. Deposit will be returned after departure and inspection.
Dog friendly with an additional $150.00 non-refundable pet deposit per dog. Limit 2 house trained dogs.
