Die ruhige Lage, der Pool und die Nähe zu Rom.
Für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen etwas zu hart.

Een mooie locatie buiten Rome, was dit gebouw met 5 aparte appartementen. Een overdekte parkeerplek. Een zwembad. Prima appartement en alles goed geregeld. Via whatsapp netjes benaderd met uitleg hoe je binnen moest komen met code via het hek en ook hoe je de sleutel kon krijgen. Als je vragen hebt of er is wat, een berichtje in het Engels via whatsapp en je krijg snel al reactie. Super goed geregeld.
Jammer dat je in de woonkamer niet een lekkere kleine bank of goede stoel had. Ik keek graag tv, met mijn eigen google tv aangesloten en dan zat ik op een bed die daar stond. Er was ook een tafel met stoelen, maar dat is niet lekker tv kijken. Er was een 2 pits fornuis dus als je veel zelf wilt koken is dat misschien wat lastiger.

This should be a 10/10 but................ Location is great. Check in easy and mostly it is a beautiful apartment but.................
Firstly there is no oven so the owner provide an outdoor purpose built BBQ. Sadly they do not provide any coals, lighter fuel or method to light the BBQ. In apartment 5 whilst this BBQ was clearly quite old it hade never been used - why? One reason is the owner provides no instructions or local knowledge to help at all so Google was required. This took us 45 minutes to a Carrefour which did not supply what was needed. On the last day we found 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes - if the owner had bothered to supply this info we could have used the BBQ! In the upstairs bedroom the owner has saved 100 Euro's by not putting the small blinds on the windows that are supplied downstairs. Whilst in the shower a truck turned up to deliver next door and the driver was watching me!! Also with bright sunlight at 5 am sleeping was disturbed. Even worse is that next door to us was a permanent family with 2 very large dogs that barked from 11 pm to 3 pm so sleep was impossible - when we asked for the dogs to be kept quiet the owners then let them out for 5 minutes every 15 minutes from 9.30 pm to 3 am!! There were other minor issues but the above 23 mean this cannot be more than a 5
