Location of this property is great, if you need to stay near to the airport like we wanted to. It's easy walking distance to the shuttle bus area, which makes things easy.
Our host was super friendly and really gave us a lot of information and help to make our stay as good as it could be.
Our room was a good size and clean throughout, with ensuite bathroom facilities. The host was super responsive to any requests, and made sure everything was right for us.

Close to the train station. Parking at the Municipal Center ( with 2 blocks away) was easy and affordable €6.0 a day.
Many good restaurants and coffee shops near by.
I was not to be able to meet the host in person. I prefer communication face-to-face.

Booked at last minute late at night due to delay the alteration of flight due to bad weather. Owner Christos stayed up till after 11 pm the meet us and give us the low down on the place and a recommendation as to where to grab a bite to eat (Max’s around the corner - very good as it turned out). Small but clean room, good air con, small but practical en-suite. Had a small bar fridge stocked with drinks in case you didn’t want to go out
Nothing personally but we were travelling light (couple small back packs). If you had multiple cases space might be an issue

The room was clean, and the availability of tea and coffee, plus a microwave was ideal from our perspective. There were also cafes close by to pick up croissants for breakfast. It was also easy to get to from Ciampino Airport, and into the city, providing there were no issues with the trains.
