Nestled in Tybee Island, this attractive house for $175 per night is a great choice for your next break. Charming, completely updated beach cottage close to south end of the Island. Large private deck. Living room and bedroom both have flat screen TV's. The living has twin size sofa sleeper. Bedroom has queen size bed; bonus room has full size bed. Within walking distance to the back river beach and the main south beach. This beach bungalow has it all to make you remember your vacation a lifetime. Inside the house there are couple steps. Rent both "A" and "B" for added space. Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

The location was great, all communication was timely and the air conditioners were very effective. The decor was super cute as well and the furniture was well placed for the small space to maximize needs. We enjoyed being able to walk to every thing as well.

Such a cute little house. We had plenty of space in side. First down fall is only 1 bathroom and you go through the bedroom to get to it. Second down fall is they need a washer & dryer so you don’t have to go to the laundry mat & wash towels. Other than that it’s in the perfect spot to the little strip & to a couple of nice beach accesses. The back deck is nice but it showed a grill in the picture but it was gone. But over all it’s a pretty nice place to stay!

Good small house. It was pretty tight for 4 people but we knew we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time in the house. Yes the bathroom is through the bedroom but for us it want a big deal. I wouldn’t stay here if it was 2 couples. Small family is good. Perfect for walking to the beach. Maybe a 5 min walk. The house was well stocked except for toilet paper. Kinda an essential element. Everything else was great. We’d stay here again

Cottage was super clean. Had everything we needed for the week. Very short walk to Tybee Pier and the South end of the island. Quiet neighborhood. Back porch was great!

I called right after I checked in to let them know that the air conditioner was not working in the living room and this was on Sunday. They said someone would be out on Monday. Showed up looked at it and left and never heard nothing until I called back on Tuesday and still didn’t get a complete answer until I called back late Tuesday night. Over 80° In the living room and kitchen. Finally showed up Wednesday around lunch time to replace it. I spent over $1,100 to stay there and went 72 hours without AC and they refunded me a whole $100. Not even a days worth of compensation. Very disappointing that they can’t do more to take care of your customers.

This was our first time visiting Tybee! We stayed in this cozy cottage, it was very clean and the decor was so cute! Check in and check out was very easy & the management is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location was a short walk to the beach and other little shops! Would recommend & stay again! Thank you so much for making mine & my family’s stay perfect!

The location was perfect. Felt very quiet and private even being in close proximity to the neighboring houses. Truly loved everything about the place. The only things I would suggest adding to the description (maybe it was there and I missed it)- the bathroom access is through the main bedroom, which didn't both us at all but others might be turned off by that. And the bed in the main room is very high (but SUPER comfortable). I am 5'3" and it was quite comical trying to climb into the bed. Again, I did not mind but someone with mobility issues might have trouble. loved the stay and would definitely stay there again!

This cute little cottage was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tybee Island. All our questions were answered promptly by the property manager. They also worked with us in the case we would pick up after hours. We definitely look forward to staying in the same house again!

Everything was good except for one experience. The first night after taking a shower, the shower would not turn off it was still flowing full blast. I called the emergency #. The emergency # Called the plumber but he refused to come out that night. This would have caused an enormous water bill for the owner. The city had to turn the water off. The rental co. did offer to find us another location. I refused, I had just driven 9 hours, unpacked and was in my PJs. My suggestion get a different plumber.

This cottage had loads of charm. On a quiet street just a short walk from the main beach or the inlet beach. The big back deck was awesome on the days it was windy on the beach.

Cute and cozy home central to walking distance to the pier or to the kayak launch at the bay side. The 2 window AC units were more than enough to keep the house cold. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen small but had everything we needed (no icemaker-but plenty of ice trays). Enjoyed the private back deck. Easy check-in and out.

The cottage needed a good cleaning. The dishwasher was messed up. Someone was sent to fix it our fourth day there. The ceiling fans and baseboards were filthy. The shower had lots of sand and hair in it. The sinks were dirty by the faucets. There was a booger and blood on The wall. I bought cleaner to sanitize the kitchen and bathroom. Something I shouldn't have to do on my vacation. The oven had a dirty pan in it. Otherwise it was a nice cottage. I did tell the Realtor my second day there about the dishwasher and the need for cleaning. There was never an offer to have someone to come and clean it. We will not be using this company on our future visits.

Nicely appointed property in a great location close to inlet and ocean by a short walk. Enjoyed cooking meals and the ample seating. Our daughter really loved her special “princess” bed nook!

The place was nice and clean. We just had a family of 5 so it was a very tight fit. Only bathroom was in a bedroom and the 5th bed was a hide-a-bed that was very hard to blow up. Since it was cold outside, there wasn’t a “chill area” for the morning while kids were sleeping. Definitely would have been better if it was warmer so we could have gone outside. Beds were very soft and kitchen is only a “1butt” for sure. When we did have issues with blowing the bed up, rental service was great!! We decided it would have been a great place for 4 people or less. Great access to restaurants and quick walk to beach.

Cute place.. The only bathroom is off the only real bedroom. So everyone has to walk through to use it. The second bed is just an alcove off the dining room, with curtains. The place is very clean, well decorated and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen amenities to review. Location is great. Easy walk to restaurants, beach and shopping.
