The apartment felt newly rennovated and everything was high quality and worked well. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. It was in a great location for exploring Barcelona.
Even with the windows closed you can hear a lot of noise from the street, but this is only a problem for the master bedroom because the single rooms are in the back.

Great apartment in the Gothic district. Very near many city sites, activities, and restaurants/cafe's.
A group of people at a nearby bar/restaurant were very loud on a Friday night during our stay and made it difficult to fall asleep. They partied until at least 4am, according to my wife. I fell asleep around 3 am, and I admit that part of it was due to our bodies being used to EDT in the US. We experienced no issues the two other nights we stayed at the apartment (a Thursday and Saturday night).
