We didn’t have any problems or issues, caravan was a little dated however this is clearly reflected in the price of the accommodation

Had a fabulous 3 night break, the accomodation was perfect, clean and in a very quiet part of the park, the bed was really comftable, probably one of the best I have ever slept in for a static, although you really need a car the main shops are only 10 mins away by scunthorpe and the little village of Crowle has a few decent takeaways and a co-op shop and the onsite restaurant and bar was nice and resonably priced, I would not hesitate to book this property again.

It’s was disappointing grubby. Soap scum all over shower door. Dirt on base of toilet , skirting and bathroom shelves. Filthy bathroom bin. Oven door dirty. Kettle, toaster and kitchen bin all had dirt in them. Had to clean before we could hun pack. Took photos. Outside a filthy table with cigarette butts in ashtray, a can opener on decking!! The ramp to the van is a hazard when wet. My 84 yr old MIL, slipped on it when it rained !! The “Garden” is not enclosed !! So could not let my dog out alone! ( wasn’t clearly stated) no iron, no cleaning products, no beverages, old site map, no clear instructions to find WiFi password, ( on inside of lid to WiFi box) gas fire did not light! Was told to light with a lighter!! ( dangerous) took photos of everything. Location is ok, but it was grubby, stank of cigarettes as soon as we opened the door to van. Needs a deep clean and personal touches. This was a special trip as my father in law had just passed away. So disappointed.
