Had a very comfortable 5 night stay. Other than a little niggles the van was very clean with everything you could need. Good location for us visiting relatives in Scunthorpe.
Carpet in the lounge was slightly grubby and the cooker had crumbs inside and on the hob.

Lovely, comfortable and clean.

Ideal location on main clear water lake.
Nice walking distance to the main restaurant the Dog & Duck and entertainment.
An on site shop would have been very handy.
Clearer information when you book about the facilities on the lake.
More things for children to do ie. Improve the play area to cater for older children or add another one, a crazy golf, an indoor pool.

Very homely and lovely communication with the owner.
Probably not a huge amount around the site for families, but we only wanted a quiet break so all fine
