location is quiet and relaxing
the staff at reception, unfriendly once they realised that we weren't staying in one of their caravans.

Had everything you need and then some. There was a lovely welcome pack, pet bed & toy, so cute. Sitting on the deck was lovely with the view on the small lake.
The bedding was the only letdown really as it wasn’t cotton and the main bed a little too soft but thats just my preference and wouldn’t put me off booking again.

The decking needs to be replaced or repaired and cleaned.
