The room I was given on the top floor has no air conditioning, and in this heat it is completely unfit to stay in. It is impossible to remain in the room during the day, and impossible to sleep at night. This is unacceptable for any paying guest.
I am not interested in excuses. Placing a guest in a top-floor room with no cooling in the middle of summer is negligent. Frankly, putting us through this kind of misery is not something we should be paying for. You should be compensating us for it.

Oberdobling is a nice and quiet place. Room was spacious, clean and coffee/tea was available. WiFi worked fine. Would visit again.
Relief in mattress. One side of the bed has no lamp.

The size of the room was more than decent, and the beds were made nicely,, The adjacent bed issmall but comfortable, showere area is roomy, and water is refreshing.
however there is a musty air, as if nobody had occupied the room in a while. There were specks of dusts every where in the main room.
Elevator did not work during the early morning check-out; we had to drag our suitcases via flights of stairs, no staff to assist as well.
