Beautiful and charming mountain retreat. Big and spacious rooms. Good restaurant. And most of all the most polite and lovely staff.
Loved it. Had a small issue with the shower not draining well so you had to keep turning it off.

Rural location in an historic village, great views. Very friendly people, especially the manager who was most helpful. Quality food. Parking and electric charging.
It would have been nice to have tea/coffee makers in the rooms, or at least available in the attractive sitting rooms

Nice location and building!
Airconditioning didn’t work, the bad in the hotelroom has a hottub function, but when we used it, it released a lot of hairs and dirty stuff from previous visitors 😳
In general, the staff was great, except the guy who was working there. I don’t have any problem to pay 18 euro’s for a pizza, but we took a bite and it was frozen inside. We got the same pizza back in 2 minutes (microwave) without any excuse. Serving a beer without glass (3 times), serving the food without napkins (2 times), refused to make a cappuccino, etc. The restaurant is worth 1 star.
