Featuring five comfortable bedrooms with en suite full baths (the main bedroom has a fireplace), two half bathrooms, two living area with fireplaces (each with a powder room off the living space), a well-equipped cook's kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances throughout and a sub-zero fridge, a private hot tub, heated garage, large mudroom, high ceilings, and modern upgrades, you will be surrounded by comfort and luxury in a beautiful mountain setting. The lower living area boasts a gorgeous game table and a 300+ square feet patio off the living area, whereas the upper living room has a 300+ square feet balcony off the living space. Be sure to take advantage of the additional shared pool and hot tub after a long day of exploring. What's nearby: Steamboat Springs Ski Resort offers over 3,600 ft. of vertical rise and its longest run, coined 'Why Not,' is more than three miles long! The gondola and walking trail are within walking distance. Don't miss out on the free shuttle access nearby as well. If getting your heart rate up on the slopes isn't your thing, you can always go for some snowshoeing, tubing, or snowmobile tours around the mountain. Night skiing is also an option, as well as cross-country skiing. There are many geothermal hot springs nearby so stop off for a dip in some naturally soothing water. We loved the location and the view is amazing!! The first floor living is perfect for a large family! The only suggestions we would have is better outdoor furniture and the lower level had a moldy smell.

Outstanding house setup for our family of 9 for Labor Day weekend. All the supplies we needed including for the kitchen. But the owner needs to sand down the deck. 4 y/o grandson got a huge splinter in his heel causing pain and trauma. The other issue is no AC. Steamboat sits in a valley and is close to Denver’s elevation. Outside was 90, the baby’s room was 86. It’s not a high elevation Mt town. Fans blowing hot air around don’t help much. It was unbearably hot.

This home was very impressive and the kitchen was very well stocked with quality pots/pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. My siblings and their spouses stayed here for a family reunion. It was perfect and I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this house the first week of March and while the house was fantastic, we had terrible service with the free shuttle offered by the property management. We were advised to not rent a car and utilize the service; however, the house is not on the shuttle "loop" and we often were unable to get a shuttle to come to our house to pick us up. We waited well over an hour for a shuttle to the mountain one morning and it never showed up, wasting hundreds of dollars on lift tickets that we were unable to use. If you have your own, car this house is great for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out and we enjoyed the patios and hot tub.

This was the first family vacation we’ve had in years in this house did not disappoint us. It was a great setting close to gondola Square within walking and biking distance. The house itself is beautiful. It had everything we needed really as far as accommodations. With five lovely bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths we have plenty of room for everyone. The patio what is used frequently and we enjoyed the view a beautiful steamboat. The pool was closed due to Covid, however that did not make one bit of a difference because there were so many other things to do and we did enjoy the hot tub. Checking in was a breeze and the team was very helpful and accommodating. Anytime we called with a need they responded quickly And were very friendly. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a few more things in the kitchen for those people who like to stay in and cook rather than going out to eat. Suggestions: perhaps some small bowls and small glasses for those people traveling with younger people :-) all of the bowls for eating purposes were HUGE soup bowls and there needed to be more glassware. Perhaps a few more cooking items would be helpful. Some of the non stick pots and pans need to be thrown away as they are flaking off pretty seriously. No dish washing liquids, cleaners or laundry soap but I know they would respond and bring some upon request. These things were minor to our stay. There were plenty of ceiling fans so there and the temperature was always very comfortable. The beds were great and the kids enjoyed the bunk room. We would definitely stay here again it really was perfect for a family. This is a lovely spacious and inviting home.
