Largigi Rooms centre of Lyme Regis Close to the Beach and Town Centre

The location was good.

The room was a little smaller than we expected and the roof more sloped.

Great location, parking available at a price, clean and tidy.

Smallish room, only skylights and so towel rail in bathroom stuck on hot was awful in August, bed very soft-mattress needs replacing.

The location is excellent, central, but quiet. The room was clean with modern facilities and the bed was nice and comfy. Check-in couldn’t be easier - like the keypad entry - and the communication from the property was very good. Overall happy!

Our room was compact, just comfortable enough for two people, but be aware if you are tall as there are sloping ceilings due to the nature of the building. The wardrobe space is limited - I had a long dress for a wedding and there were no hooks anywhere to hang it properly. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would have been nice, and there are a few ‘touch-ups’ needed on the decor (cracks, wall scuffs, grubby grouting/tiles etc). The tea/coffee facilities were very limited. Just Nescafé and PG tips, nothing else. Ok if that’s what you like. The fridge was also humming away… In our opinion this fridge is a bit excessive for the room size. Might sound a little picky, but when you are paying a premium price your expectations are also premium.

Clean, comfortable, if basic.

This was sold as a hotel but it isn’t hotel, it’s a stack em high Air B n B. There are no staff en site, no communal areas, no bar etc etc. so descriptively it’s very misleading. I thought I was going to be staying in a hotel. Also there was supposed to be TV in the room but it did not work and when I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I will be seeking a reduction in my bill. Also there were no cleaning products in the shower.
