The property owner was great to rent from, I’d definitely stay there on my next trip to Whitehorse.

It was conveniently located with good parking and had 1.25 bathrooms, a nice deck for lounging on and a nice kitchen.

It needed deck chairs and could use another shower.

Overall a good place to stay but could be better

+ Full condo, including washer and drier, it was nice to be able to do laundry after a number of days on the road. + Good selection of restaurants in the area that deliver to this address.

- Hectic check in process. We had to go to a different location to retrieve the instructions and access code instead of simply heading to the condo. - Questionable cleaning practices. There was a plastic plate with cake leftovers in the corner of the living room. It seemed like something left behind by previous guests.

Fabulous!

Beautiful property. Fantastic location! Host was absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Spotless and beds were super comfy! Wish we could have stayed longer

You get what you expect and nothing more.

So for this apartment you will meet the owner first and then get to the apartment later with a code. It was uncomplicated and owner said check in is possible for 24 hours. That is great. So, to get into the apartment was uncomplicated as well and the apartment was as advertised and clean. Room could be darkened well which is important in case it is always daylight outside.

Price is on the upper limit we had another apartment for half of the prize in the same city for the same services. What I also did not like was the various papers on the walls of the apartment. Do this do that don't do this don't do that... Some warnings and messages are ok, but it was way too much. There was also a notice of a 3 GB/room internet limit and that no streaming is allowed. So, are we living in 1998? Please remove that message, I am quite sure that you have unlimited internet access now.

Good bedrooms, small kitchen and living room with little privacy. Sound carries from upstairs.

Location for us was good, we had a car so it was easy to get around. It's on the outskirts of the town but even walking it is easy to reach the shops. The bedrooms were good, each with a nice bathroom.

We had a downstairs unit and the noise travels quite easily from the upstairs unit. The guests upstairs weren't particularly loud (no radio or television), but we could hear them talking and laughing quite well. The 'living' room and kitchen are small, and one window had no curtains and the other a see-through curtain. As downstairs is a half-basement (while the pictures on the website show the view of the upstairs unit), everyone on street level could easily see into the living room and kitchen. Normally we prefer the value of an apartment over a hotel room, but in this case a hotel room would have been better value for us.

Not worth the price

It was clean and newly renovated.

The cleaning fees are excessive, the property is located next to a junk yard with aggressive dogs, and after paying $500 per night (including the cleaning fees), they have a COIN operated washer and dryer available in the apartment.

The space from parking to the entirety of the unit. It is new and it is home away from home

It is a comfort of your home away from home.

The host is so accommodating. He is very straight forward yet polite and respectful. The facility exceeded my expectations. Very clean and modern. It is just unfortunate that the single beds are too small. But it was okay as it is the lay out of the facility. It is home away from home. I like the shower and toilet in each room.

Very good

It was fairly clean, new, spacious, comfortable and decorated to be welcoming. The host was very friendly and professional. The unit was easy to locate and access and had plenty of parking.

We were chilly downstairs and could not turn up the heat as the thermostat was in a locked case. Only the heat upstairs was accessible. Fridge and garbage can still had food residue from previous guests. The closet was also locked with no where to hang up winter coats. Some smaller food prep knives, bowls for serving, and paper towel would have been handy. Plug in bathroom would not accommodate hair straightener so had to do my hair by feel as there’s no mirror in the bedroom. Some softer towels would be a bonus.
