Helpful and friendly owner, clean and comfortable, new beds, adequate 'kitchen' facilities, quiet location with storage for our bicycles

The property was spacious, well designed and very clean. John the host was also very accommodating and friendly.
The kitchen didn’t have any plumbed water and was shared with another room. It’s also on a main road with fast traffic which isn’t ideal. Beauly had a couple of nice places to eat and a bar but the bus into Inverness is only about 20 minutes away and £2 so it’s probably better to stay in Inverness.

Great location. Friendly hosts. Very clean and well maintained. Room only, but tea & coffee available, with kettle, toaster, microwave & fridge also available to use. Shops, takeaways, restaurants nearby. Good location for exploring

We made our own breakfast., but facilities for no more than Cereal and toast. Plenty of good options for a cooked breakfast in Beauly village and great coffee.
