The place was brand new, clean, with full amenities, convenient parking and a very friendly and relaxed host who let us check out late with no issues.

This was a great accommodation to stay at -- It has everything you need, everything's nice and well-put together so feels homey, lots of space, it's a convenient location, and the host was super helpful and gave us great recommendations of things to see in the area. Highly recommended!

Nicely decorated and friendly staff

The apartment is incredible. Really super cleaned, perfectly settled, with a great style and quality of fournitures and with all you need. The bed is extremely comfortable and the apartment is provided with house automation systems. It is located 5-10 minutes waking form the beach and the center, and 10 min from the bus station. Inigo, the owner, is an incredible guy. Really kind and always available. He suggested us different things to do and given we did not have a car he brought us to a nice view point that was difficult to reach without. If I come back to Zarautz, I will not chose any other apartment to stay. Thanks for all.

New and well equipped apartment with a generous supply of household amenities (dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper). Spacious shower. Reserved parking spot (at additional cost) close to the apartment came quite in handy. Very attentive host.

Although the floors and bed was clean, the rest of the apartment was not. Everything you naturally needed to touch with your hands (light switches, door handles, kitchen cabinets, etc.) was gritty and grimy, the inside of the fridge was downright filthy and the undersides of the kitchen cabinets were coated in a thick layer of old grease. The dishwasher was leaking so much that we didn't use it. Unfortunately, I started off my holidays with cleaning this place :-( A wooden towel rack in the bathroom was thickly covered in mold and throughout the apartment the upper portions of the walls were full of cobwebs. Soundproofing is absent, right next door is a really noisy bar/restaurant and the railway is within easy earshot. I was fooled by the mention of a "garden view" - there is no garden anywhere near the place. The windows on the front of the apartment face a busy neighbourhood square and the bedroom window faces a street with parking spots. The pavement comes both in front and in the back right up to the windows. On a rainy evening the patrons of the bar next door moved their table out of the rain and right up to our window, smoking (which you could smell strongly in the apartment even though all windows were closed), drinking, and talking loudly until 4 am. If you are looking for any kind of privacy and some rest and relaxation at night you might want to consider renting somewhere else.
