When the website said, "breakfast included", I thought we were getting the continental breakfast, but this was SO MUCH BETTER. You are given a $12 voucher for each guest to use at the coffee shop/restaurant next door. Did we pay any extra for the food, yes but only because we added on extra items. I truly suggest the Lancaster Breakfast; you will be full until dinner.
Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, shower had great pressure.
My heating / air conditioning system was a manual set up (unit in the wall). They provided a small step stool to reach the controls. This was NOT a big deal to me at all, but a remote-controlled system would have made it easier, but def not a deal breaker.

The Inn was in a great location close the places we wanted to visit, such as Shady Maple and the Green Dragon. We booked the deluxe king room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, as was the loveseat. The TV was a good size. The staff was pleasant. They have us coupons to the restaurant next door for free breakfast, which was amazing; not the usual continental breakfast.
Our room wasn't located in the motel area like we thought. It was located in this old house, on the second floor. As soon as we walked in, the old house smell hit us. It smelled like an old musty basement. Thankfully the room didn't smell like that. I wanted to take a bath but there was hair in the tub. And the ceiling showed signs of water damage. The duvet cover had stains on it.
