Our stay at Sun Palace Hotel in Bulgaria was excellent in every way! The all-inclusive food was varied and delicious, with fresh dishes every day, plenty of fruit, and tasty desserts. The atmosphere was relaxing, with pools for both adults and children, plus an outdoor bar perfect for a refreshing drink. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have balconies, and the prices are very reasonable for what the hotel offers.
A big plus was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – always smiling and ready to help. The hotel manager was especially attentive and did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as it could be, which we truly appreciated. There is parking available on the property for an extra fee, where your car is secure throughout your stay. The actual distance to the beach is about a 10-minute easy walk, making the location very convenient.
I highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation with excellent services and a friendly atmosphere

- чистота бассейна и количество лежаков
- достаточное количество еды
- отношение персонала недоброжелательное
- отсутствие в номере питьевой воды, тапочек и халатов
- однообразие еды
- чистота на территории отеля, было грязно персонал не следит за этим, грязные кофемашины, столы и терраса
- один лифт, который долго ждешь, один день он вообще не работал и пришлось ходить пешком на 5 этаж
- отсутствие анимации, она как бы есть, но по факту ужасна
