About this condo rental
Located in Boyne City, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Landings is a unique condo development that sits at the base of Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City. As part of the Landings, there is a small boat marina and a pool that is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Just east of the development is the Boyne City Boat Launch, a Gas Station, and full service Grocery. If you like to take a longer walk or bike ride--Veterans Park and downtown Boyne City is close by with variety of shops and restaurants. This unit is situated to be able to take in the views across Boyne City to Avalanche Mountain and all the way west past Advance. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck as the sun comes from behind the condos-- enjoying the morning activity on the marina and the lake. In the evening, enjoy the colors of the sunset to the west. This unit was remodeled with all season comfort in mind. You can either relax by the gas fireplace with a warm beverage you made from the instant hot bar sink or grab a cold one from the wine/beverage refrigerator. While the cook in your group enjoys the well outfitted kitchen and fabulous views, others can gather around the peninsula at the bar stools to support the cook, snack and chat. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on this first level (King in the master with attached bath) ( Queen in second bedroom with full bath off the hall). Upstairs in the loft is another place to gather, watch TV or rest after a day in the sun. Besides the living area, there is a loft bedroom with views of the TV or the Lake. A 3rd Full bath rounds out the space. From this location, you are just a short drive from enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer: Skiing, hiking, biking, golf, boating, fishing and long drives along the Lake. Access to Lake Michigan and other close by communities such as Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City are all a short drive with their own unique offerings. A day trip up to Mackinac Island or down to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes are not to be forgotten. If you really want to get up early-- a day trip across the Mackinac Bridge to Tahquamenon Falls is also doable. If you are a lover of Farmers Markets, Art/Craft shows, Music concerts, Fruit Stands, Pottery and art galleries, wineries and breweries, great food, shopping and just beautiful views- Boyne City is the perfect hub for your vacation. And don't forget the off seasons!--- Fall Colors, Apple Festivals, a getaway for any holiday, and lets not forget winter sports-- snow skiing, cross country skiing, ice fishing, snow shoeing, sledding, skating--- never ending fun.

My family and I (6 adults) stayed for a weekend ski-trip, and this condo was perfect! Very short and easy drive to Boyne Mtn Resort with garage space for all of our gear. The condo is walking distance to town where there are great restaurants. Perfect location for any season with great hosts. Highly recommend this stay!

This condo was exactly as described. It was equipped better than any rental I have ever stayed in. The view of Lake Charlevoix is outstanding. Communication with the owner was easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others

There was no down side to our stay here. Plenty of room, everything we could need was available. But the location and the views and the quietness made it beyond perfect. So grateful for the time we spent here.

The pre-communication was great! We knew exactly what do to and what to expect. All host/managers were responsive and helpful! Such an easy drive to boyne mountain and great views of the water!

We really enjoyed our stay -- the condo was just as advertised, and we loved warming up in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing. The views of the lake were incredible! A great spot for friends and families with kids looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Boyne City, where we have visited for several summers. The condo is beautiful. It’s the nicest one we have rented at the Landings. It was renovated recently and looks great. The owners are very nice and responsive. We look forward to renting again in the future.

We have stayed at multiple VRBO's this year and its been a horrible experience. They have been in poor condition with the cleaning or paint pealing, doors not set to where there were large gaps to the outdoors and bugs coming in. One had significant ants. We even had one with mold. I will never stay at a VRBO again.
Except for this one. The owner provides clear communication. The interior is fabulous. The view is spectacular. This is what its suppose to be and the only VRBO I would ever stay at again if I were to be in Northern Michigan.

Spotless!
The condo was by far the cleanest rental we have ever rented. Makes you feel so good when you walk in and check it out knowing there it’s going to be a awesome weekend. The condo had everything and more than you needed. Not having to run out to the store ASAP to buy soap toilet paper and all the little things that you are needed, it was all supplied what a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows of different sizes. Plenty of room for the 6 of us . Thank you Patty for sharing your beautiful condo with us will definitely come back. Oh and the view is beautiful day and night.

The condo was amazing! It was recently renovated, very clean, and in a great location for various activities in Northern Michigan. I will definitely be looking to rent this same condo next year!
