Rubbish bins à little away from property. No soap in spa area by toilets. Whilst the gifts are appreciated coffee tea and milk much more practical You have to leave park to go to spa ... it's next door

Was a nice break, staff was great not to much to do in the local area but was perfect for 2 nights

The staff where all very friendly and helpful couldn’t fault them. The double accommodation we booked was lovely and well equipped

The beds you have to make yourself which I thought for a 5 star should be made as a standard also we was unaware you have to deep clean the property prior to leaving or you will be charged a cleaning fee there is a guide which states it must be spotless, you can pre pay for a cleaning fee the price we paid you would automatically think cleaning was included. I would say it’s more of a couples retreat than a family resort as there are quite a few rules and they have a €600 euro deposit and have a list of the fees they will charge including €150 euro if they have to attend to a noise complaint. But We had no issues and the deposit has been returned but if I had young children I don’t think I’d stay

The property exceeded expectations. There was a welcome bag, that had a small washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin bags and cleaning sponge. This was really helpful to get us through till we could go to the shops. The location was closer than I thought to the beach, shops and restaurants. The resort provided a welcome booklet with all the local restaurants, activities, markets and shops which was really appreciated. We enjoyed the hyper u supermarket which was a 5 min drive, it was big and good value for money. There was also a carrefour shop in walking distance, this is smaller but great selection. The accommodation was spotless and had everything and more. The swimming facilities was relaxed and clean, the outside pool is cold but the indoor pool is next to it so I would pop in to the inside one instead. It has a sliding door which was open so it was indoor but accessible when you were outside sunbathing, same with the hottub and steam room. This place was calm and peaceful which was what we were looking for. But close enough to the town when you wanted to be busy. We popped in to the casino which was a 5 min walk and drove to a war museum and the d-day boat tour. The staff were so helpful and friendly they really make it the 5*. After doing a big shop they helped us take it from the car to the lodge with the buggy as I am pregnant, they helped me call around local massage places as I don’t speak french, they really went above and beyond. I can’t wait to return, I don’t often go to a place and have no complaints. It was 10/10

There wasn’t anything we didnt like. I would say the sauna could have been hotter but the steam room was good.

A lovely stay in a great location with helpful and courteous staff. We will visit again now we know how to get there.

It was clean and the accommodation had everything we needed.

We had to make our beds on arrival which was a chore given the long journey we’d had and the temperatures. The location was really difficult to find and the SatNav coordinates were inaccurate. Maybe they should use What3words or give directions in the pre-visit instructions.
