トイレや風呂、ベッド(ソファベッド含む)などは使いやすかったですし、アメニティも充実していたと思います。食器類や炊事道具類も準備されていて助かりました。急遽アイロンがけをする必要ができたが、それもあって本当に助かりました。
まずは、チェックイン。身分証明の仕方で、30秒以内に全員の顔認証と氏名を言わなければならないのが、ちょっと大変でした(子どもが寝ていたのを起こさないとならない)。次に部屋に入る時の手続きです。なかなかできなくて(こちらの不手際なのですが)大変でした。それと、タオル類の匂いが…残念。家族が臭いと感じてしまうと、嫌な気分になってしまった点。最後にコインランドリーです。夜中に洗った方だと思いますが、Endになって以降、朝になってもなかなか取り出していただけず、自分たちの洗濯ができなかった点。
