Decent place with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Espresso machine which makes really nice espresso if you bring the right coffee. Closeness to the beach - with Sunset Bar! 10 minutes to Porta Delgada downtown. Nice private terrace. Everything as advertised.
Some of the furniture outside should be replaced - the seats that sit in the sun start to disintegrate.
The mattresses are quite hard - ok for me, a bit too hard for my kids. There is the option to use the extra bed, which is softer.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, nahe an Ponta Delgada, aber dennoch ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur etwa 100–150 Meter zu Fuß.
Die Terrasse ist gigantisch.
Das Internet ist ziemlich langsam und an manchen Geräten fast nicht nutzbar. Ein paar Dinge, wie Kochgeschirr und Kleiderbügel sollten für diese Preisklasse ergänzt werden.

Barely 5 minutes walking to the famous Populo’s beach. Separate entrance. Nice terrace , partly covered in case one wishes to have dinner/breakfast being sheltered from rain.
The Azore’s climate is in summer quite humid. The apartment needs a constant ventilation. Air condition is available in part of the flat (sleeping room and bathroom)
