Lovely stay on the island -- this was a perfect place for my adult daughters and myself as a luxury base camp for the week while we explored the island.

Beautiful interior decor
Amazing shower

Orange juice, milk and bread on arrival
Cheese halfway through the week
Local pastries on our last day
Very nice coffee machine
Kitchen facilities good
Cleaning team came every day and changed towels and sheets which felt luxurious
Provided us with towels for the apartment and dark green towels we could take with us to the hot springs
Bed extremely comfortable
We loved Vinnie the dog - adorable
Central location for accessing the whole island but quiet
Gated so felt secure
Washing machine, tumble drier, airing racks so I didn't have to take dirty clothes home us
The manager was extremely helpful; contacted us before hand to check our flight details, gave helpful advice on places to visit, was on hand to answer any questions.
Met the owners once who were lovely and helpful.
Gorgeous pool - bit cold in May but lovely to have it.
We would love to come back again.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The unit was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and Vinnie the dog was a welcoming greeter. 🙂 We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying on Sao Miguel.

Fantastic room. The hotel is inside of a walled compound so it was a little confusing how to get in the first time. Beautiful grounds with Vinny the resident dog as your “greeter”.
