About this house rental
Nestled in Flagstaff, this charming house for $475 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Flagstaff area is one of my favorite places on earth with outdoor activities available around every corner all year round. A spacious beautiful modern custom home with very large fenced backyard backing the Flagstaff Urban Trail and Ponderosa Pines. Located in the desirable and established University Heights Neighborhood, only 8 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, 5 minutes to Northern Arizona University (NAU), 25 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl for skiing and snowboarding, 35 minutes to beautiful red rock Sedona, and 80 miles to Grand Canyon National Park South Rim. Large landscaped outdoor area great for entertaining and letting yourself enjoy the cool Flagstaff evenings. Includes large 280 square foot deck 1/2 covered with grill and an eight seat table and sitting area. Covered front porch with 2 teak lounger chairs can be used to stay dry and enjoy during monsoon season. First Floor Master Bedroom: King bed, Flatscreen TV with DirectTV, Large Walk in Closet, Double Vanity Sink, Stand Alone Modern soaking Tub, Walk in Full Glass Shower with custom tile. Watch the beautiful sunrise from bed or pull the blinds to sleep in. At night you can view the stars from the comfort and warmth of your sheets! Bedroom #2: King bed with shared bath with tub/shower. Beautiful house with everything you need. Kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of. Will was responsive and great to rent from. I did think from the photos that the hot tub was attached to the house. It isn’t, it is quite a few steps from the house and back porch but it is covered and well maintained!! The location is close to everything. Only warning is because you can’t rent a 4wheel drive from the car rental places, just know you will likely be stuck inside for a while if it snows. Make sure you are watching the weather and make a grocery run!!! Driveway is short but steep and a small incline out of the neighborhood, very tricky but it is possible to get out. Will does have the drive and sidewalk to front door cleared if it snows more than 4 inches but it can still be difficult. We passed the time watching and helping everyone that got stuck trying to make it up the hill in front of the house. It was a minor inconvenience and made for a fun afternoon of betting if the car coming next would make it around the corner and up the hill and if it didn’t, who was going out to help! Great place to rent!!

Beautiful home surrounded by towering Ponderosa pine trees. House is comfy, spacious and provides all the amenities for a nice getaway with family and friends. Kitchen well equipped and outdoor area was perfect for our doodles to run, play and chase the ball. Home close to town and this was perfect for fast deliveries of food and groceries. Also close to hikes, all around wonderful!

Great area for walking your dog neighborhood seems pet friendly. Easy drive to Sedona. House has great design and very comfortable. Close to coffee and groceries. Only Down side I s noise from interstate if you leave the windows open. Windows closed keeps the sound out. Would recommend to friends.

The house was amazing! Will was great. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house had EVERYTHING we needed for a nice relaxing stay. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning, took a few strolls along the path right behind the house - nothing like walking out and smelling the Ponderosa pines each day. It was close to many attractions. Sedona is a beautiful drive down the road. We took a Grand Canyon tour that started right in Flagstaff. And thanks to all of the beautiful photos in the house we decided to make the drive to Antelope Canyon, just a little over 2 hours from the house and well worth the drive. We might have to come back during snow season. 😊

Home was exactly like the pictures shown on the VRBO site. Easy check in and very comfortable beds and setting in a nice residential area. Fenced yard was a real plus since we brought our dog.
Close to grocery shopping and restaurants.
Home was well stocked with quality dinner ware, wine glasses and decent quality knives.

I travel a lot, this house was incredibly clean and you needed nothing as far as house items! We forgot we were not at home after the 1st night! Neighbors were friendly and everyone waved to each other, next time we are bringing our bikes!!!

Photos dont do the property justice! Great home located in a great neighborhood with the perfect backyard for our dogs to explore and play in a safe fenced in area. Access to local bike/running path steps outside the backyard gate make for a great quick hike and with abundant amenities within a few minutes it's an escape from the hustle and bustle but not creature comforts.

Fantastic house for a relaxing vacation! This has to be the one of the nicest homes we've stayed at through vacation rental home sites. Our pre-teen / teen daughters loved having their own space upstairs and we all enjoyed the common areas downstairs with comfy couches and a warm fireplace.
The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were just right. We enjoyed the garage ping pong, assortment of games and the hot tub out back. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We'll definitely reach back out to Will if we are back in the area.

Peaceful retreat

Perfect location for NAU graduation!
This property was absolutely perfect for our family, including dogs, for our daughter's graduation from NAU. Beautiful house with a HUGE backyard that the dogs loved! Beautifully decorated, but also comfortable, and very well stocked! Should our travels bring us back to Flagstaff, we would defintitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location, very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked, more so than any other rental we've had. Fenced in backyard for dog was a huge plus. Walking/biking trail right out the back gate. Also appreciated the organized welcome/ check out instructions.

We were so happy with the layout and spaciousness of the living area as well as the bedrooms. Very nice place for our dogs to roam and explore to their heart's content. Everything was so neat and accommodations were excellent for our use.

One of the best Vrbo rentals we've ever stayed in!
This beautiful home in Flagstaff's nice University Heights neighborhood was the perfect base for two weeks of adventuring in the area. It is a quality home that we found exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Tall Ponderosa Pines surround the house. There is nice landscaping, a big garage for storing bikes and equipment, fenced yard for the dog, a large gas grill, a nice deck and a hot tub for relaxing. Inside, we found comfortable beds, furniture and a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. This kitchen had quality pots, pans, utensils, and basics like paper products, soap (laundry & dish), and pantry staples to keep us from having to buy as much. We really appreciated finding baggies and food storage containers--little things that you don't often find in rentals. The home decor was modern and welcoming. We loved everything about the house. We were able to explore Flagstaff's downtown, the NAU campus, Buffalo Park, run and ride the FUTS trail right behind the house, go horseback riding at Mormon Lake, ride the gondola at Snowbowl, and take day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, and Meteor Crater. There was no shortage of things to do.

Perfection in the Pines
We had a wonderful stay! We were all astonished by the attention to detail of even the smallest necessities. The house was so clean and welcoming. Hanging out in the backyard playing games with the family during the day and, enjoying family dinner on the spacious patio was perfect. Thank you will for providing such a lovely rental. You were truly a fabulous host.

What a stunningly comfortable property! No detail has gone unnoticed in this well thought out and outfitted property. In addition, the property owner is incredibly responsive, attending to a minor issue very promptly. Close to trails and a quick trip to most things on Flagstaff!
