We had a wonderful time on our vacation to Santa Barbara. The house is located on a beautiful street and very accessible to the beach and downtown Santa Barbara within 10 minutes. The home was clean and comfortable! We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation destination and stay there again.

I would not stay at this place. Ask for pictures of backyard, there is a reason why there is not one picture of the backyard on the listing. 1.The listing says “unfinished” backyard, this is a severe misrepresentation. This is a complete and reckless disregard of the truth and poorly frames the state and condition of backyard. There are golfer holes everywhere and larger wholes (approximately 5-7 inch drop offs) where a visitor can easily step wrong and/or lose their footing possibly causing twisted ankle and/or more serious injuries. (I wish I could up load photos) 2. Filthy kitchen oven, full of grease splatter all through out. I am not sure if it has ever been cleaned. Bring your own paper towels because they provide none. 3. Bathroom rugs were unhygienic and needed to be replaced due to the grime and filth in the ones which were provided. We had to go and buy new ones to use on our stay of July 1st-7th 2021. The bathroom towels were brand new, so I had to wash them before we used them. 4. Stains all over on living room sofas and rug. 5. Garage we were unable to use to park our car due to the fact there were numerous items such as bikes, shoes, table, children’s toys through-out. 6. We felt we were being watched the whole time we stayed. He had his next door neighbor keeping an eye on us and a friend coming to pick up his mail every day. This is not a friendly neighborhood, you feel that whole neighborhood is watching you. We have never felt so uncomfortable in an area. The owner was notified and never responded to our complaints. The owner was cold and non responsive. VRBO also tried contacting him and still he did not respond to emails that were sent to him from VRBO. We were very DISSATISFIED and we feel that we are owed a partial refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Our only family vacation after COVID was ruined.......
