Seaview/Lower level is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath duplex on a quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Cottage features a large Outdoor shower on the bottom floor. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available. The Upper Unit is also available on VRBO#2039746.
The local grocery/coffeeshop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. The beach house has an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Great family vacation at the beach. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfing, surfboard, paddle board, boat and Bike rentals.
Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.
Wrightsville Beach is famous for its white sandy Beaches.and laid back beach town atmosphere.

What a gem of a find in Wrightsville Beach! Our family of four took full advantage of being so close to the beach, restaurants & shops and the ICW. The only time we needed to take the car out was to take the girls to camp. We also enjoyed having some family time on the large front porch and game nights on the nice sized dinning table. The condo was clean, nicely updated and comfortably slept the 4 of us. Huge plus for included parking, excellent water pressure and having 1.5 bathrooms. The owner checked in during our stay and was super kind and responsive. We would definitely recommend this rental for families with younger children. We will likely book again next year.

Pleasant stay that our entire family enjoyed! Check in was smooth and efficient, house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk of less than a minute to the beach and a few blocks away from restaurants. Would definitely stay there again! Overall 10/10
